My Gardens

Tour Pam's Gardens

By Appointment Only

My cottage garden's colorful borders are based upon those found in England—primarily my grandmother's—that I frequented as a child. A focal point is Froggy Pond, with its waterfalls, water lilies, koi fish, and frog ornaments. The Serenity Garden is a tranquil space that features the color, form, and texture of foliage. I modeled the kitchen garden, with its raised beds, on the ones I saw in Williamsburg, PA, while on my honeymoon. My first creation was the Stone Garden, a shady nook filled with pots of annuals and perennials. Stroll along the woodland walk, which is ten degrees cooler on a hot summer's day. Admire the gnomes' stumpery and the miniature gardens that my grandson created. There is also a rain garden filled with native plants, a gravel garden requiring little water, and a glorious meadow.
